This is an announcement list where campaign volunteers, who wish to limit their email loads may do so without missing out on official notices issued by or on behalf of the Campaign leadership. This list will be read-only and will include as a subscriber, the vols-dx list so campaign supporters will not need to be subscribed to both. Replies to the vol-annc list will be funnelled to the campaign leadership. Campaign supporters who wish to discuss matters on the announce list may subscribe to the vol-dx list as a place to do so. Campaign supporters wishing to further minimize their e-mail loads are advised that they may use their web based administrative access to their list subscription to digest this list or to set it to permit you to read the on-line archives but to not have to see list traffic in your e-mail in-box. But please know that we limit posting authority on this list to the campaign leadership who often have a legitimate need to communicate with you in our work to seat Helen Echols, as our next State Representative. Key campaign volunteers with posting authority on this list are asked to acknowledge and respect the often heavy e-mail loads that list subscribers often deal with on a day-to-day basis. Consequently, posters are asked to limit posts to matters of Campaign organizing strategies, tactics and opportunities; as well as addressing the Campaigns's position relative to national and international Party and public policy issues. Subscribers are requested to respect the internal nature of the information shared on this list and to not forward, without the express consent of the affected authors, posts on this list to other lists or web sites which are publicly archived or publicly accessible. Local campaign supporters are welcome and encouraged to share these announcements internally with other campaign supporters without access to email. The following posts are not welcome on this list: -- messages cross-posted or more appropriately posted to the vols-dx list. Traffic from this annc list is automatically posted to the -dx list and crossposts between these two lists will result in doubled posts on the -dx list. -- forwarded action alerts which can be posted on lists of more public and general interest to the broader community of Campaign or Green Party members and supporters, or to lists serving the general public, -- news items or general commentary which would more appropriately see broader distribution. This list would be available for members of the public who identify themselves to the campaign as volunteers in our efforts to elect Helen Echols our next State Representative. Its contents will be privately archived and accessible only to other list subscribers. Only key campaign leadership will have posting authority on this list. Using Vols-annc
To post a message to all the list members, send email to vols-annc@he.campaignfoundations.com. You can subscribe to the list, or change your existing subscription, in the sections below.
Subscribing to Vols-annc
Subscribe to Vols-annc by filling out the following form. You will be sent email requesting confirmation, to prevent others from gratuitously subscribing you. Once confirmation is received, your request will be held for approval by the list moderator. You will be notified of the moderator's decision by email. This is also a hidden list, which means that the list of members is available only to the list administrator. Your email address:   Your name (optional):   You may enter a privacy password below. This provides only mild security, but should prevent others from messing with your subscription. Do not use a valuable password as it will occasionally be emailed back to you in cleartext. If you choose not to enter a password, one will be automatically generated for you, and it will be sent to you once you've confirmed your subscription. You can always request a mail-back of your password when you edit your personal options. Once a month, your password will be emailed to you as a reminder.
